The nutrition powder production line in a Chengdu customer's factory has been installed and debugged, and trial production has begun. This is a small production line with an output of 200-300kg per hour. The main raw materials are various grains and dried fruits and trace elements. The main equipment used in this production line includes a group of grinder unit (crushing dry fruit and grain particles and grinding the puffed material particles into powder), a powder mixer (used to mix raw materials), a screw feeder (transmitting raw materials from the powder mixer to the food extruder), a twin-screw food extruder machine (the extruder machine is the main determinant of product quality and output), an air conveyor (transmitting the puffed material particles from the extruder to the oven) and an oven (used to bake the puffed material).

It takes about one month from the customer's order to the delivery of the entire production line to the customer's factory (the time limit for urgent orders can be shortened to 2 weeks).
