2, Adopt right way in the lifting and moving the equipment ,to avoid damage to equipment.If the equipment was installed on the floor, you should  remove the shield and belt firstly.Don’t lift the puffing cavity directly, so as not to damage the precision parts of the equipment.

   3,The ground or bracket for installation must be solid and horizontal. It could withstand the full load of the machine, otherwise it will affect the performance of extruder .

   4, The feeder and pre-conditioner can be directly bolted to the extruder machine,and also the outlet of conditioning device should be the same position with the inlet of extruder.

   5,The connection and installation  of wire must be strictly in accordance with the instructions, the joints shall not have virtual point.

   6,The around of extruder should be left enough space to facilitate the operation and maintenance.The ventilation in installation environment is also important.
   7. The connecting bucket in the extruder for inlet and outlet should be smooth, easy to flow of materials.
   8, The  control cabinet of twin screw extruder and other electrical device should be put in the reasonable place. It is easy to the operation and maintance of machine.
